“FIND YOURSELF AT THE PINES AT TURTLE CREEK…”
We have made every effort to create a neighborhood in which you can be proud to live and call home. Pines at Turtle Creek is in the city of Hiawatha located on the far north side of Hiawatha City limits which was annexed into the City in the fall of 2009 and to the West of I380. We are in the Cedar Rapids Community School District and school buses come into the neighborhood to pick up the school children. Alburnett School district will also be happy to consider open enrollment.
The development consists of five phases. The Homeowners Association is responsible for common areas and expenses. Each initial owner pays a start up fee of $240 to the HOA at closing, with the annual cost to the homeowner of $240 (based on current projections).
The common area includes over an acre Park area and entry way green space. The latest addition to the park was a full basketball court, as well as a water feature to welcome you home after a hard day at work, and an open area to throw a football or kids to play soccer. We are also incorporating GREEN features in the development, including Bio-retention areas to slow down as well as clarify storm water and 5′ sidewalks on 1 side of the street to reduce run off from the concrete and allow street trees to be planted on the other side of the street.
We are proud of the neighborhood we have created at Pines at Turtle Creek and know that you too, will be proud of where you call home!
